Xiangyang “Three Rivers, Five Shores” Lighting Project

In Xiangyang, the “Three Rivers, Five Shores” lighting project employs various lighting techniques to allow visitors to experience a journey through time and space, immersing them in the city’s rich historical and cultural heritage. Xiangcheng focuses on creating this experience, while Fancheng highlights the vibrant urban atmosphere with dynamic light patterns between the Second Bridge and Yuliangzhou Bridge. Along the Xiaoqing River and Tangbai River, the lighting project creates a serene and picturesque living environment. In addition to illuminating riverside bridges and buildings, the project also emphasizes the scenic lighting of Xiangyang Ancient City and Xianshan. The ancient city’s lighting centers on the city walls, reducing the lighting of some buildings to enhance the wall’s atmosphere. Xianshan’s lighting focuses on key landmarks like the monument, transmission tower, and Zhenwu Temple, using light poles to outline the mountain’s contours and create a naturally illuminated nighttime landscape.
